Tiger Jasper is a grounding and protective stone that combines the earthy strength of Red Jasper, the golden shimmer of Tiger’s Eye, and sometimes Hematite.
This mix gives it rich bands or swirls of gold, brown, red, and sometimes black or grey, resembling the natural strength and stealth of a tiger — hence the name.

Some varieties may be more red and brown (true “Tiger Jasper”), while others with stronger metallic bands are often called Tiger Iron. Both share similar energies of strength, vitality, and grounding.

Currently there is a discussion of whether Pink Amethyst is a type of Amethyst with a high presence of other minerals, such as Hematite or if it's a type of quartz with such inclusions. Tests are being performed and until we know more about this, we will keep its original name - Pink Amethyst. Nonetheless, it is a fabulous crystal.
